History
SPX started in Muskegon, Michigan in 1912 as an automotive components supplier.
Through a series of acquisition and divestitures, SPX transformed into a diversified global manufacturer with solutions ranging from cooling systems for all types of power plants, entertainment venues and other facilities to specialized tools for constructing wind turbines, diagnosing automotive issues and more.
Today, with locations in more than 35 countries, SPX employs approximately 17,000 people and manufacture and market more than 100 brands.

SPX Process Equipment
supplies process components and solutions for the sanitary and industrial markets. Pump products include positive displacement, diaphragm, screw, gear, centrifugal and bilge pumps. They are used for in oil refining, oil production, oil recovery and oil transportation as well as for a variety of applications in the gas industry, food and beverage processing industries and others.
SPX Dehydration and Filtration
manufactures filters, products and systems to remove moisture and contaminates from air, gas, fuel, lubricating oil and insulating fluids. Our products improve operations, processes and energy efficiencies for the power generation, chemical, oil and gas, transportation, semiconductor, pulp and paper and food and beverage industries, among others.
SPX Flow Control
develops solutions for applications found in general industrial, oil and gas, power generation and pulp and paper applications. Valve products include globe, control, gate, butterfly, ball, and surge relief valves. Equipment used in the oil and gas industries assist in everything from oil and gas processing and storage to transportation.
APV
supplies food, dairy, beverage and healthcare and the oil and gas industry customers with innovative product, process solutions and support services. Operating in over 48 countries, its product range includes pumps, valves, homogenizers and heat exchangers.

manufactures and sells electronic testing, monitoring and inspection equipment for locating and identifying metallic sheathed fiber optic cable; horizontal boring guiding systems; inspection cameras and test sets; and other equipment for use in the electrical, electronics, power, water, transportation, construction, telecommunication and petrochemical industries.
GFI Genfare
is an expert in the design, manufacture, sales, installation and maintenance of secure fare collection systems for transit agencies, and also manufactures vending equipment for the U.S. Postal Service.
LDS Test and Measurement
